Spend HK$3,500 or above at Festival Walk to redeem two "Certificate of Love" tickets

Starting from September 25, My FESTIVAL members who spend HK$3,500 electronically on the same day at Festival Walk can redeem up to two receipts (each with a minimum of HK$100) in exchange for two "Love Certificate" tickets with a face value of HK$480; first come, first served, while supplies last.

Terms and conditions

Starting from September 25th, it will last until stocks last; there is no fixed end date listed on the page.
For electronic purchases of HK$3,500 or more on the same day, up to 2 receipts can be used, each with a minimum value of HK$100.
The original receipt, matching payment receipt and valid membership card of the same date must be presented.
One time per member; ticket sessions are randomly arranged from December 4 to 27, 2026, and there are no refunds.

How to redeem

Spend the entire amount electronically on the same day at participating merchants in Festival Walk.
Go to LG2 Concierge from 12:00 to 21:00 to present your receipt and proof of payment for redemption.
