Citi Octopus Mobile Card Welcome Rewards

Terms and conditions

• The promotion period is from June 1 to November 30, 2026; you must successfully add a Citi Octopus to your iPhone or Apple Watch on the Octopus App for the first time.
• Online registration must be completed with the mobile Octopus number on or before November 30, 2026; the physical card number cannot be filled in.
• Within the first 90 days after adding the card, automatic top-up must be completed at least once in each 30-day period; only applicable to Citi Octopus Credit Card basic card holders and eligible devices.
• The number of reward places is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis. The first 5,000 eligible customers who complete the requirements will receive HK$200 Octopus value-added credit; each customer is limited to one redemption.

How to redeem

1. Add Citi Octopus to iPhone or Apple Watch for the first time in the Octopus App.
2. Use your mobile Octopus number to register online during the promotion period.
3. In the first 90 days after adding the card, automatic top-up must be completed at least once every 30 days.
