How to redeem
- In the Mox App, open Loans and select Balance Transfer Loan, then follow the on-screen instructions to indicate the preferred loan arrangement.
- A Mox loan specialist will contact the applicant to discuss outstanding balances and process the application. If the approved loan meets the promotion criteria, the cash reward is issued according to the official terms.

Terms and conditions
- The cash reward depends on the eligible loan principal and repayment term; not every successful application receives HKD23,888.
- Mox Balance Transfer Loan amounts start from HKD5,000 and can go up to HKD2,000,000. Available repayment terms are 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, 72 or 84 months, subject to approval.
- Mox's example for a HKD1,000,000 principal over 84 months shows APR as low as 8.19% after the HKD23,888 cash reward, versus 8.99% without the reward. This is a specific example and not a guaranteed APR for every applicant.
- The cash reward will be credited to the eligible Mox account on or before 30 April 2027, subject to the official terms.
