Until 31 December 2026, eligible The Point members from designated Sha Tin-area districts can verify their identity and receive a free NEW TOWNER e-card. The card offers instant discounts at more than 130 participating merchants at New Town Plaza and HomeSquare, including up to 20% off at selected restaurants. A same-day single electronic transaction of HK$300 at an IPE merchant also earns one hour of free parking or designated minibus vouchers plus a HK$10 dining voucher.

How to redeem
- Present eligible employee, student or residential proof at a The Point counter or Customer Service Centre to complete identity verification and receive the NEW TOWNER e-card in The Point App.
- Show the e-card at participating merchants for instant offers. For Reward 2, complete the HK$300 single electronic transaction and redeem according to the official instructions.
