Terms and conditions

• Applications and approvals must meet HSBC's welcome offer terms. The core promotion runs from 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027.
• New customers who apply via the HSBC website, personal internet banking or HSBC HK App and spend HK$8,000 on eligible transactions within 60 days after card issuance receive HK$800 RewardCash. Existing customers receive HK$200 at the same spending threshold.
• Applicants who cancelled an HSBC personal primary credit card in the preceding 12 months are ineligible. Supplementary cards do not qualify.
• Applying with code HSBCPULSE and making eligible QR payments may earn up to HK$280 extra RewardCash. This separate promotion ends on 31 December 2026 and is not required for the core HK$800 welcome reward.
• The annual fee is waived for the first two years. Later fees follow HSBC's credit card fee schedule.

How to redeem

1. Apply for the Pulse UnionPay Dual Currency Diamond Card through an official HSBC channel during the promotion.
2. Complete the required eligible spending within 60 days after card issuance and keep transaction records.
3. To join the separate promo code offer, enter HSBCPULSE when applying and complete eligible QR payments under its terms.
